Life Through A Lens
Following the fantastic works of John Beckett was never going easy but we know visitors will be amazed, moved and impressed by Dorking Camera Club’s Life Through A Lens as it takes up residence in our temporary exhibition space from Friday March 1st to Friday April 26th.
One of the masters of photography, Ansel Adams, said that “Life is your art. An open, aware heart is your camera. A oneness with your world is your film. Your bright eyes is your Museum.” Be at one with our new temporary exhibition which features 15 photographs with subjects as varied as the Olympic cycle race, Polesden Lacey and a wide variety of wildlife. This Exhibition is a celebration of the talent present in our local camera Club.

The Museum is proud to be hosting this exhibition in partnership with the Dorking Camera Club and is grateful to the assistance of Royston Williamson in bringing this collection of photographs together.
