Frank Guy Wright was born in 1887 in Wanstead, Essex to Edwin Charles and Elizabeth Charlotte.
In 1891, the family were living in the High Street, Wanstead. Edwin was working as a draper.
The family were still at the same address in 1901, with Edwin still working as a draper.
In 1911, Frank was living at 42 Park Hill Road, Wallington, Surrey with his parents. Frank was working as a brokers clerk.
Frank enlisted in Guildford, and joined the 2nd Battalion of the Queen’s Royal West Surrey Regiment as a private with the regimental number G/22514.
Frank Guy Wright died on the 18th February 1917 at the General Hospital in Etaples, France. He was buried in Etaples Military Cemetery, XXI. G. 7. His brother Arthur was killed in Israel on 10th May 1917
